A self confessed ice cream and gelato fanatic with a passion for high quality Italian style ice cream.  In 2012, while living in Sydney I discovered the most amazing gelateria whose weekly specials kept me coming back every week, or more like several times per week.

On returning to London I couldn’t find anything comparable so I decided to take matters into my own hands and open a gelateria.

However it was not quite such a short story.  It has taken many years of meticulous research, study and training until finally I felt ready to quit my office job to pursue this dream.  With the help and support of very talented friends and family, I have designed, constructed and fitted out a purpose built ice cream kiosk which is located inside the booking hall of Herne Hill Station, 100m from my favourite London park; Brockwell Park.
