Summer Role:  Trainee Ice Cream Maker

You are someone who:

​​

• is reliable and punctual

• is proactive with a strong work ethic

• loves great tasting ice cream and has a passion for food

• has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

​

You will be responsible for:

​

• making ice cream

• transporting ice cream by cargo bike

• cleaning, washing up and ensuring food hygiene procedures are adhered to

• stock control

​

Opportunities include:

​​

• making gelato and learning barista skills

• developing your knowledge of food hygiene

​

Experience required:

​

• working in a food preparation and in a hospitality or food service environment​

​
