Full-time Barista - Koala Coffee We are looking for a committed and passionate barista to help run our friendly, neighbourhood coffee shop. What you’ll bring •Extensive barista experience •A strong work ethic •A passion for making coffee and delivering a great customer experience What you’ll do •Day-to-day operations of the coffee shop •Develop a sense of community and a loyal customer base •Create and post content on Instagram •Make coffees and other drinks •Prepare food •Ensure the quality of our coffee and maintain equipment •Stock control and ordering •Food hygiene and cleaning (maintain a 5* food hygiene rating). Ice Cream Servers (part-time) - Minus 12 We are recruiting for various part-time roles. Do you have a positive attitude and a sunny disposition? Ice Cream Maker (part time - 6 month contract) - Minus 12 We are seeking a part-time ice cream maker this summer: April - September. You are someone who: •is reliable, well presented and punctual •is proactive with a strong work ethic •loves great tasting ice cream and has a passion for food •has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team You will be responsible for: •making ice cream •making inclusions, sauces and ripples •transporting ice cream by cargo bike •cleaning and washing up Opportunities include: •developing knowledge and ice cream making skills •working in a friendly supportive environment Experience required: •working in commercial kitchens Pay: •£15 per hour plus holiday pay or £17 per hour as a self-employed contractor Hours: •Approximately 30 hours per week including at least one weekend shift.
